Reason for recall: Kimberly-Clark has received reports from consumers of the U by Kotex® Sleek® Tampons, Regular Absorbency, unraveling and/or coming apart upon removal, and in some cases causing users to seek medical attention to remove tampon pieces left in the body. There also have been a small number of reports of infections, vaginal irritation, localized vaginal injury, and other symptoms.
Any consumer with the impacted U by Kotex® Sleek® Tampons, Regular Absorbency, in their possession should stop using the product immediately

BUEHLER’S ASHLAND LIQUOR AGENCY SELECTED FOR EXCLUSIVE NE OHIO BOURBON RELEASE
Buehler’s Ashland liquor agency, located at 1055 Sugarbush Drive in Ashland, has been selected by the Ohio Division of Liquor Control for an exclusive release of the Four Roses 130th Anniversary Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon. The raffle for the opportunity to buy one of 30 bottles of this limited release bourbon will begin at 6 PM on Thursday, December 6th. Tickets will be given out until 7:30 PM with the drawing of the winners at 7:30 PM. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing. The product is $149.99 plus tax. Only one entry will be allowed per person and no outright sales or wholesale sales of this product will be permitted.
As part of this exclusive event, attendees will have a chance to walk through the store and sample holiday foods, wine and beer.Ferris, their food truck, will also be on site with tacos, snack foods and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase beginning at 5:30 PM. Samples of wine and beer are 50 cents each with a limit of four per person.

The lottery for the opportunity to buy one of 84 bottles of this limited release bourbon will begin at 6 PM on Friday, November 2nd. Tickets will be given out until 7:30 PM with the drawing of the winners at 7:30 PM. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing. Only one entry will be allowed per person and no outright sales or wholesale sales of this product will be permitted.
As part of this exclusive event, Buehler’s will have a food tent offeringBuffalo chicken nachos and pulled pork sandwiches along with non-alcoholic beverages for purchase beginning at 5:30 PM. Inside the Liquor Agency guests can get tickets to samplebeer from Lager Heads and wines from Red Head andL’uva Bella Winery. Bill Santangelo of L’uva Bella and Brian Quade of Lager Heads will be on hand to talk about their respective libations and hand out swag. Samples of the beer and wine are 50 cents each with a limit of four total samples per person.
